Here’s a brief listing of the health benefits and folk uses of moringa but the list goes on from what is shown below.

  • antibacterial
  • antifungal
  • antiviral
  • antiparasitic
  • hepatoprotective
  • hypotensive
  • cancer preventative
  • antitumor
  • cardiac tonic
  • urinary tract tonic
  • thyroid tonic
  • immunostimulant
  • antirheumatic
  • astringent
  • abortifacient
  • aphrodisiac

If we take it all as truth, out of context, moringa seems like a real panacea. It seems to promote balanced health and well-being in just about every conceivable way.

If you feel you need a long list of medical benefits of moringa please note there has been a surprising amount of scientific research which concludes that moringa is effective in the way it has been used for centuries.

I have personally tested this with the same benefits to lowering my blood pressure. Below is a demonstration where drinking Moringa Leaf tea over 7 days reduced blood pressure gradually.  I have brought my own pressure down from 141/88 to 118/76.

Always do your research.  I am simply providing education of what is out there and when available the science behind it.
